Is there a free trial?
No free trial — but the Free tier is permanent and includes WhatIs in full. Run a real game on your own stream before deciding whether to upgrade.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard; your access continues through the end of your billing period. No dark-pattern retention flows.
What happens to one-time unlocks if I cancel?
Permanent unlocks stay permanent. They don't depend on your subscription — drop to Free and you'll still have every game you've unlocked one-time.
Can I upgrade or downgrade between Basic and Pro?
Yes — upgrades are prorated immediately, downgrades take effect at your next renewal. You won't lose any session leaderboards or settings.
Are prices in GBP only?
Yes — pricing is GBP. Stripe handles currency conversion automatically when you check out from another country.
Do you offer team / network pricing?
